Rotary Impacting Eugene and Beyond
Exemplifying Rotary’s motto “Service above Self”, Eugene Southtowne Rotary Club dedicates itself to serving local and international relief efforts, both through direct involvement by club members as well as monetary contributions to scholarships and projects. The diverse list of current Southtowne Service Projects includes nine local and seven internationally based projects.
Helping Kids in Need
These wide-reaching and inspiring projects rely heavily on the annual Wine and Salmon Festival, as it’s the largest Southtowne Rotary fundraising event each year. One local project highlighted during the live auction portion of the evening was the St. Vincent de Paul Youth House. This recently remodeled South Eugene former church is now home to thirteen previously homeless teenage girls.
GCB is proud to be a supporter of the Eugene Southtowne Rotary Club.
